I hope to achieve the same for our staff.Whichaspects are you most looking forward to?Growingthe fantastic wealth of talent we already have in our clubs and support office,and making good use of the extensive facilities at our clubs.What’sthe best thing about HR?Coachingpeople to achieve their full potential, and witnessing the results.Andthe worst?Thatthere aren’t enough hours in the day.Whatis the strangest situation you have been in at work?Itwas since joining David Lloyd Leisure. I took part in a charity triathlon eventwith the rest of the board, which started with swimming in the Serpentine at7am.
